We offer a 30-day return window for most items purchased online. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and intimate apparel cannot be returned.

Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Can I return an online purchase in-store?

Yes, you can return your online purchase to any Suzy Shier or Le Château location. Simply bring your original packing slip and the items you wish to return for a refund or exchange.
