Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
